Thanks for all of the information..
My budget is around 200 to 300$.
I already have Vonage type of service (Modem Box) inplace with a Telephone line output. Now question is how to connect two telephone lines (Local and Vonage Type) together.

Conference bridge sounds a good idea. I found heavy duty conference brigdes on net. Does anyone know small conference brigde with two lines INPUT capable to do unattended call conference / transfer ?

Wow, that really is a tight budget. All kidding aside, you might really want to look at building a Gold Box.

I haven't built one of these in years, but it might be worth your time to explore. BTW, also, I have not looked over any of these schematics.

You could pick up a used Legend on eBay, with only a Power Supply, Processor, and 408MLX card. That would give you DISA access, 16 barrier codes that you could give out/change when needed, and do your conferencing. Program from WinSPM that you download from Avaya, or get a 20L telephone to go with it.

The biggest thing you're going to need for ANY type of system, is a positive disconnect signal from the VOIP line, to tell your equipment that the call is ended and disconnect everything.

Didn't realize you could get out that cheaply with the Legend idea. I'd take Touch Tone Tommy's suggestion over building a Gold Box if it's in your budget.

I'm sure a homemade box is going to have a
10 option built in remotely programable auto attendant and line supervision !!

Really MacGyver, you should be ashamed to offer the advice you did.

200 or 300 dollars will get you a good 2 line phone with a conference button

Hal take a Valium. Actually take two, they're small.

While phreakers may use color boxes for illicit reasons don't forget they also use DISA for illicit reasons. Actually they use phones for illicit reasons. Perhaps we should ban telephones completely. Constructing a gold box for use on your own lines violates no laws.

Martin901, I don't understand, why don't you ship the Vonage box to the other side of the pond?

You can do what your asking with a Sipura VoIP box, but it wouldn't be pretty with the Vonage.
