Not sure if this is in anybody's area of expertise, but I've been asked by a client for whom I just did a major phone system to come up with some proposals for video conferencing in two of their offices that could interface with client sites. Am getting some infor from one of their clients as to what they use, but was wondering whether anybody here had any experience and could give me a starting point.

I currently have a Polycomm unit connected thru our Definity phone switch. This allowed us not to have to buy circuits, but it allowed us to use our existing PRI's. We are also looking at getting a second unit made by Tanenburg (I think that is the name) and we will have to buy circuits for that one.
But as for the Polycomm, it works well and the on screen menus are fairly easy for new users.
I hope this helps.
