Several problems can cause this, what generic are you running, 217?

Is feature in station COS,
Is there an access code programmed?

At some point you need to get trained or get a real programmer to help.

Yes,the feature is in a cos and it is programmed in a grp.
I had to take out the ext.and place them in pckup grp 2 just so the user can dial #09 and ext,# to retrieve a call.
I was told to place it in a feature acess code of 09,but in the docunetation i could not find the access code i need to put in for example:
#*72 is dial call pickup where do i find a list to these types of codes? I know that the feature has to have either 08 or 09 but you have to put something to the right of it.

Can someone help me with the last reply i put in here?
I was not able to find where the access codes are in the Documentation.
What i am looking for is the codes you put in`after say 08 or 09.
In the pbx these feature codes have another type of access code next to it for instance #*72..where do i find a list of these codes?
Thanks everyone for your dedication in this forum...
