I have a customer who called telling of a screeching sound coming from his 4 port Express Messenger (9109-080-002-NA). Can I get just the HDD for this still? Part number? Any leads?

Is it the MIXM, or is it the cooling fans on the ML/EL case?
I never believe what a customer tells me...
You can get MIXM through Genesis, if you can't get it from Mitel.
