I'm searching for my old LW 15/16 Technician's handbook, in vain.
SX200 Digital/Light, w/ LW15, and on boot-up I'm getting the LED Error Code of E.3 -- the only error code I remember off-hand is E.8, database does not match MOSS options.
Does anyone have a quick and handy list of these codes? I can always go to Mitel Online and try to download an old set of eDocs, but I thought it would be easier to see if someone remembers.
No crisis; this is a shop switch that I'm setting up for voicemail testing.

E.3 is harddrive error. Usually it is Disk B in bay 2.

The codes are vague at best. Your best bet is to logically troubleshoot the loading process, and exchange parts from there.
The problem can only be the disks, the drives, or the MCC.
If the booting fails early, swap the drives and see if it'll boot further than before. If so, it's the drive, if not, try your spare set of diskettes.
If it originally fails later in the boot process, swap the drives, and troublshoot as listed previously.
