customer has an sx2000 lite with lw29 r3, when i try to add a new ext in the directory it says cannot add entry no more room.
in the dimension and feature display form it says i can have maximum 1360 and used 482.
my mfrd level says i should have 1360, so hows come i can't add any more directory entries?

as always your help is appreciated

System Totals are:

Departments (in Tel Dir) 50
Locations (in Tel Dir) 50
Telephone Directory Entries 1360


Try the name and extension, leave the Department and Location blank or reuse existing.

altho i do kinda feel stoopid now for not trying that before, startin to kinda miss them brain cells i burned away in high skool. oh well at least i had fun doin it
