Remember that access to all zones does NOT = receive all zones. Dane, he's talking about phone speaker, not free field. Daniel, What software release are you working with. This will make 1 ---- of a difference! John C. (Not Garand)

45 is all gone now, only 9. 45 was used to program key system operation. From your statement I guess your at feature level 1 or 2, which will limit your call park functionality. You would be best to set it up as a key type system, where the lines ring into phantom key positions. That way you could use hold pickup.

Daniel,

If you don't know what I meant by phantom. Program and ONS card in a cabinet and slot you dont have, make extensions for the the answer points for your lines in form 14. As soon as you put a keyline appearance of the extensions on a keyset, the point will be available. Also you could be put in a hunt group with a pilot to them. Don't think your software allows speed dial as a choice in 14, but if so, point them there as this allows for changing on the fly.
