I find this hard to believe, but when I came in this morning, my 3300's alarm light was on. Went in and it said one PRI was down, yet both lights were ok.
I also noticed my fax server which runs on analog ports wasn't working either. Not sure if they have them hard-coded to one of the PRIs.
Anyhow since the DST change the system was an hour off. I changed it and had to go into a meeting. Came back out - fax server working normal and alarm light went away.
Coincidence, or does the system time really affects the PRIs?

Not a 3300 guy but a couple of things here - your fax server lines are probably DIDs to anaolg exts so they would be affected if your PRI was down.
The system time should not affect the PRI (it hasn't on any other Mitel I have worked on - or any system for that matter) It sounds like you had one of those coincidental things where the PRI was down and came back up while you were in a meeting. I have had PRIs that show a good link lights but are down due to circuit clocking.
