have a property that has to temporarily use a 5340 because the SC1000 is back ordered. I am trying to program up the Guest Room key functions. I have it programmed in the COS and I have a Guest Room Key programmed in the appropriate range (keys 2-15 ) on the set but it is not giving any prompts when accessed. In the docs it says program Guest Room in form 37 (but that is superset guest room template and we don't have any of those) and it says program it in form 38 using non-ACD keys, but I am not sure what that is for.
Any help would be appreciated

If you prees the 'superkey', then that key, does it show "Guest Room"?

I'm not on site but when I program it up in form 9 it shows on the idle set. I even took it out so he could try to program it from the set. He goes through the functions but it won't let him save it.
