You know, I've been thinking about creating a "certification" for folks to receive tech support over the phone, and calling it IQ100. To be certified, they must be able to accurately describe lights and colors, count to 10, and write down EXACTLY what an alarm states.

Fifty,

Customer told me both BCC were IIIs, not one was a II and the other was a III and I asked and described the differences. The idgit helping me didn't tell me that the rooms had dial tone when the BCCs were swapped just that he still couldn't transfer to them. Why?? Because the BCCIII didn't bring up bay 2 where the DNIC is so the console didn't work, hence the inability to transfer a call to a room.

Remember... Never argue with an idiot because he will pull you down to his level and beat you with experience! argue

I will say he did apologize for being technologically challenged and not being more helpful. :shrug:
