Has anyone encountered this problem/situation WITH a Mitel sx200 ICP:

when attempting to access voicemail boxes in form 50, I received a message "general failure to complete operation, voicemail error 202", same occurs with form 49.

I have rebooted the PBX system 2 times, same error message occurs. There is no operational failures with any mailboxes, voicemail works ok for all users, I just need to access programming to change a pw.

And why would you need to be changing a p/w? Understand that with a stated occupation of "Consultant", there is some concern about giving you a p/w. As well, it WOULD be helpful to confirm that you are using the ICP voice mail.

Sounds like there is some type of corruption to me. I'd likely try to document how it's setup and delete and recreate everything.

this probably has nothing to do with this problem especially when you say this happens accessing form 49 but here goes, ensure all 24 voicemail ports are programed in form 9 and only the ones your DSP configuration allows in form 17.

See if there is a duplicate mailbox entered in form 50. Try logging in via the TUI interface, and deleting the duplicate box
"The current work around from port 2002 enter master_list(0,0).
This will generate a list of all the mailboxes, user must then go through the list and identify any duplicate mailboxes. The user should then access the systemfrom the admin mailbox and delete 1 of the duplicate mailboxes."
