Recently switched from AT&T to comcast business class phone service at motel. Currently the system is setup for groundstart and needs to be reprogrammed for loopstart. Now the issue at hand is the system is not allowing to be changed to programming mode. There is no response when used with the default security passcode holding down status key. Nor does it work if you close status switch one and dial 70 or pound from the console itself. This has been attempted several times with no luck. Any information would be greatly appreciated cause 4 hours on the phone with tech support still resulted in a phone system that can not make outgoing calls

What is the generic release?
Generally, when you cannot get in the back door, the program is corrupted. Default 3 times and reprogram. What fun. Sorry.

Yep, time to default and reprogram. And it would be a good idea to line up a replacement Generic module. The owners of the site, and Fifty5Footer here comes to mind.
