My customer lost power so they had to change the time. I know they are doing the right steps, but she says the changes won't take. Anyone else ever have this issue?

Z, I have never ran into this problem, but know of others who have. 1 case it took defaulting the system to correct problem. 1 case required new software, another case just took unplugging system for a few minutes and powering back up. If this is old DR software, make sure you have good programming records.

It is some older MICS software, 1 or 2 I think. They had a power outage and have not been the same since
