My Norstar phone call log says 'log full' and my phone does not have an option to delete calls, so new caller ID info won't show up...any idea how to erase them? Also while trying to figure out how to do this I set a password for the call log. How do I reset it so I don't need the password?

Try selecting the item you want to erase and press ERASE or HOLD. Try using CHANGE to clear the password.

You could also increase your call log space!

What do you mean by "you could increase your call log space"? Also, I notice my log keeps getting full, but everyone elses continues to logs calls on top of others when they are full. They don't have to manually delete calls. I have tried different autologging options and they all do this.

For both CICS and MICs, log space can allocated in CLASS or CMS. By default no space is allocated. The cics has 250 and the mics has 600 spaces. Also, user preferences has a call log option settings.

You can also turn on Autobumping. Feature 815.The system automatically deletes the oldest log item from a full call log so that a new log item can be stored. Hope this helps.

Thank you. I will try turning on autobumping. I didn't know what that feature was....I thought it had something to do with incoming calls.
