Have a client who manually turns on night service before leaving for the day (Flash VM). On Monday (after the weekend), client indicates Night Service has been turned off. No one has access to the business during the weekend.
Anyone heard of this issue before?

I don't think so. I recently took over this client from another vendor...not sure of every parameter.
What to look for?

Look at the configuration of the services. There are six of them that can be independantly set to manual, auto, or off. If a service is activated manually, the service mode WILL still change at the start time for a service configured as 'auto'. ------------------ BCM Guy www.BCMguy.com Learn more about the Nortel Networks Business Communications Manager HERE !
