im not familer with nortel but i just got a customer that wants a music on hold unit for his system do all nortel systems have a misic on hold port and if so where is the port located i took a quick look at the ksu it had 3 cards 2 big cards and one small card to the far right slot thanks in advance

Depends on what system as to where you would hook up the MOH. Can you give us a little more info.

Sounds like the KSU is an 8 x 24. The MOH on this KSU is the violet/slate pair. This would be on the station port side.

Actually, it sounds to me like a CICS (Two Line Card slots and a timing card slot)
If it is, the MOH is connected to the 23rd (v/g) pair on the CO amphenol cable.
