The options that you are hearing indicate that the User Interface is set to "CallPilot" for the Class of Service that mailbox 102 belongs to. The default COS for the SysAdmin MB is "7", and the default User Interface is "NVM".
If you change the User Interface style to "NVM", it will work the way we have described. Don't change the UI for all of the users though, just MB102. You can assign it to a different COS if you have to.
