Just installed an MICS system with 8 standard incoming phone lines. This was an upgrade from an older Norstar system with flashtalk at a previous location and all phones worked with no problem on the old system. At the new location we have added some T series phones, which work great, as well as some of the existing M series but I have 4-M7310 phones that have an echo, only on the receiving end, of an external call. Contrast level only goes to 4 on these models. I have moved these phones to other ports where we have another M series phone with no echo and still we have an echo on these specific phones.
Looked through the forums for related information and am stumpped at this point.
Any Suggestions?
Thanks

There was a model change at the time the contrast went from 1-4 and then became 1-9. That may be the stuff you have to switch out.
Also are your CO cards the 2nd generation or did you have to buzz an 1/8th inch off the bottom. If you have 1st gen. cards that could be the problem.
