I have a call pilot 100 (v2.1) on a Mics 6.1. The other day, we had no audio coming from the call pilot. for an incoming call, it would answer the automated attendant but would not play any audio. If you press F981 on a phone you would get "pswd:" but no audio (from both a 7316 or a 7208). I've never seen this before. We rebooted and now it's working but I'm asking for some ideas (pointers) because the customer wants some answers.

I've never had this happen, but I doubt there is a "normal" explanation for it. If it happens again you'll probably have to replace to Vmail. Because the CP100 uses digital ports, there isn't much you can do in terms of troubleshooting this kind of issue.

I've had that happen once before, pretty sure it was the same version too. I repowered as well and haven't had another issue with it.

I seen it happen once at the same client. Did a reinstall and it happened a month later. I will bet that there is not a UPS on that system. Place were it happened to me had bad power. Up and down, bad amp draw. All the good stuff. Once we found good power, and as Marv says we upgraded to 3.X and have not heard back in over 4 months.


Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol
