I am getting an arrow blinking on several sets; no ringing, but it looks like there is an incoming call. When the user goes off hook, there is nobody there? There are three sets I am dealing with right now. Each set is on a seporate DTI card, but in the same office area, serviced by the same 11C switch. My software is v23.55 I have tried disconnecting the Line cable from the set to the switch; thinking that there may be static. I have disabled and re-enabled the sets and moved to an new TN. One set has been replaced with a new set (M2616)? Has anyone ever experianced this?

Are you using SCR's or MCR's?


Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol

I forgot to mention that I am getting dropped calls also. We are running wireless in our WAN. I double checked the programming on each set, they all are programmed to SCR on key 0 since 1999.

Narrowed it down to outside equipment configuration issues and latency...problem multiplied as the installation was moving forward. Thank you for the help anyway.

Most weird troubles like this end up never being the interconnects problem. Though we spend multiple hours trying to fix it.
