Happens every approx 2 weeks??? It is called a memory leak. ( BUG ) You need a patch for your BCM. The memory "leaks" all over itself and it takes about 2 weeks to "throw-up". Then Lock-up. Re-boot usually brings it back up again. The fix I used until Nortel finally got me the patch was to have it Auto-Reboot every Sunday @ 3am. If it rebooted every week, but locked-up every 2 weeks, the problem went away. But - Nortel does have a patch for that now. Install Patch.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Is it wall mounted or in a rack? If it is on the wall it may be getting too hot. Are the fans clean? Is it on a dedicated electrical circuit? Is it on a UPS? What do the event logs say?
Just some things to check.

Part numbers NT7B10AA last two letters ED/EE/EF/EG/EH/EJ If it has been upgraded to 3.7 the bft tray could be your problem. On the tray the caps will be green and leaking. If the caps are blue this is not our problem
