What level of software are you running. Anything newer you can do almost everything in LD 20. As for the print you can do a dn print in LD 20 and a TN print. On the older switches, RLS 16 and earlier, you had to use LD 21 for some of the print features.

It is Rel. 25. When I do the print, do I need to capture it or how do I get it to a printer? Thanks

Are you running hyper terminal or procomm or something else. Typically whatever program you are running has a script or print capture that can use to retain that info.

LD 20 PRT DNB will give DNs and TNs LD 20 PRT TNB will give TN feature specific info
I capture it in Procomm and print the file.
