AN MICS 4.0 WITH A 4.0 NAM AND A NAM FOR A CALL CENTER. WE INSTALLED IT IN DECEMBER HAS BEEN HAVING TROUBLE SINCE ABOUT FEBRUARY. IT KEEPS TELLING THE CALLER "THEY HAVE DIALED AN INVALID EXTENSION" OR "THAT IS NOT A VALID COMMAND". iF YOU DIAL IT AGAIN IT GOES TROUGH MOST OF THE TIME. SOMETIME YOU NEED TO DIAL 3 OR 4 TIMES. WE'VE ADDED A SLIGHT DELAY BEFORE THE A.A. GREETING BUT IT DID NOT HELP. WE'VE REBOOTED, INITIALIZED, REPROGRAMMED AND REPLACED THE NAM, THE 4X0s, (NO T1)THE KSU AND THE SOFTWARE, I BELIEVE IN THAT ORDER. NATURALLY THE TELCOS INVOLVED SAY THEY'RE CLEAN. PLEASE HELP.
