The NT part number "might" tell us but the best way is to get the version code from the flash itself.

Well I really appreciate your help. Thank you. We are not there - so we don't know. You must provide the information from the cartridge in the unit. Copy ALL the info off the cartridge. Let us know - then we may be able to help. MoorTel was asking the right questions. A Flash will not work just by "plugging it it".

Ok, that is indeed a Flash 4 (2 port/4 Channel).

If this unit was orginally a FLASH LITE, putting in a FLASH 4 cartridge and standard software card WILL NOT change the fact that it was a LITE. Only a keycode will unlock it.

So if you had a Flash Lite that was replacing a Flash and you took, both flash 4 cartridge and the software card out of the flash and installed it in a Flash lite, would that work?

telemarv is correct, but I have had luck by down grading the Flash to a lower software level. That will default the unit back to a normal flash from a flash lite.
