I use a cheap house phone that I put alligator clips on to test for call ID,I never take providers word. Or move line three to another spot on card that has call id and test,if its good there test line port 3 as card could have problem. Did you reboot system?

Also did you try swapping the working Line 2 with the non working Line 3? Im with Jacktel too, I would reboot it,,,,,,,,

Go to that phone and hit: FEATURE #806.
Then try it again.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

he F#806 turned the Static Time off but did not fix the CLID issue.
