I have several options in my Custom Service that transfer to a station. (d1232/tvs220) That station is set to b/na forward to a backup.
Works OK - until they bump the dnd/fwd button and route calls to ether.
What is the best way to handle this?

if you have fxa set she will come back on and say
press 1 to leave a message if fwd dnd is not set
