Also, is it analog or digital?
Panasonic even had their own programming tool for the analog (Rev 2).

Assuming your referring to the digital TD-1232, I have never recommended the Programmator. It is not supported by Panasonic. I have seen problems with it although some people claim to have no trouble at all. Proprietary software from Panasonic is just that, proprietary to certified dealers even though those systems have been discontinued. You do know that all the programming can be done through a display set off port 1? MrG

Turns out that I have a KX TD1232-4. So I think that means digital. I do know you can program from port 1 with an lcd display instrument, and I do have a friend who is a certified tech, but I was hoping to get enough graphic programming software to save him the 100 mile round trip and at the same time comfortably enable myself to more easily make basic changes like 1) turning on executive overide, 2)finding out why my own instrument goes mute when I conference two lines who can hear and speak to one another (I can only hear them and they can't hear me)and 3) turning off the ringer on three of four lines on three extensions. etc. Many thanks Tony Nania

Tony, that can all be done through the Admin. set off port 1 in about 5 Mins. With the exception of your conference problem, I'm not sure what that is unless you have your set in headset mode. MrG
