I have a customer who at present has their phones answered by the voice mail after 4 rings both day and night and callers hear custom service menus. The system is a KXTD 1232 -4 with TVP 200 vm.

They would like to have the voice mail answer right away at night and ring 4 times b4 answering during the day.

I don't work on Panasonic that much but I am wondering if this is just a program change in 408 to change it to the vm ext 165 or is there more to this change. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Nightwolf, you got it!
408, all lines to 165 should be all you need for direct to A/A on nights.
