Can someone please advise how to change the companies incomming greeting message (not the individual messages on each users phone)

Right now we have setup a greeting message that has a recording of the company directory. Half those people don't work here anymore (including the person who used to update this system)

I did not see how to do this in the manual I have here. Any assistance would be appreciated

Phone system is Panasonic KX-T7453 Digital Super Hybrid System

welcome to the BB.

We will need the type of system you have. The number you posted is for the telephone set. These sets work on various systems.

Go to the back of your facility where the power panels are and locate the control unit. That is the number of the system that we need to be able to assist you.

Depending on the system your voice mail unit will be near the control unit. The voice mail unit is where your company greeting is recorded.

Hope you enjoy the BB. :toothy:

If 'the person that used to update' departed amically(sp?), you might try giving them a call. They might be willing to help/train a new person. Free, or for a 'consultation fee'. Your voice mail will probably have an administrative password. AND 'the person' may want to 'ransom' it! When you find the equipment, look for manuals, notes, paperwork, whatever, when you find the equipment. Also check 'the person's' old desk. Just a few suggestions. John C.
