I have a TVS-90 attached to a KX-TA 1232. Incoming calls on line 1 receive the general mailbox greeting. Incoming calls to line 2 just receive a beep. I have checked the trunk service but I may have missed something. I am not too familiar with this model VMS. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Rgds.

I worked with RFC via email and for the record this ended up being the Sentex gate entry control that was grabbing the line.
