I have a customer who runs an answering service that is run by a server based system and a PRI. I am installing a KX-TDA100 as a backup in case the server goes down. As an Answering service, they are more interested in the number the caller dialed than the Caller ID. The service has about 100 accounts that I would like to display on the phone so the 3 operators know how to answer the phone. This is unfamiliar territory for me, but I would like to tie the last four digits of the called number to a field with the service's customer name. Has anyone done this, or know which screens to set up?

Just put a Company name to each DID entry. When phone rings press info until the incoming line shows, and leave it that way. It will display that info for each call, unless some one press's the info button again ringing. In that case just do it again.
