I'm not familiar with this system, but I have a customer who will inherit one with the building they are moving to. I have coordinated the install of a PRI for service, and ordered some phones from Sundance for it, but don't know what I need to set up user names and voice mail, etc. Are these programable with a display phone, or do I need a program?

The VMS should have a key board and monitor with it. you would add your users there. Hit ENTER then 4 then enter the password (0000)is the default, from there you will see all your options. To program the system you will need the software and a laptop or pc. Check out www.tel-programmer.com or www.oneringtelecom.com both have program kits [This message has been edited by dtmf (edited December 31, 2003).]

PRI will require atleast Release 5.10 software. If you have 6 or 7 your in good shape. You will need to remove the MPD card and look at the Memory Cartridge onboard to find the software level.
