I was handed a Telrad Synopsis phone system. Unfortunately, the previous user (whoever it was) changed the default password. Can anyone help me with resetting this password? Or maybe I have the default password wrong?

Trying to program the system.

We hae (4) phones. We reset the phone switch using SW2 & SW1 switches on the main board. We even pulled the power and the little backup battery.

I guess by default extension 20 is set to be the only phone to ring / main phone?

The 3 other phones will not ring, but do work. If you see the line light flashing you can pick up the phone. Right now extension 20 is in the managers office. I'd like that phone to ring, as well as the 3 other phones, but I only want the manager station to be able to place outgoing calls, not the other 3.

NOBODY supports this phone system here in Rochester, NY. I found one guy, but he is unsure of how to reset the password that no one knows on the system.

On the phone, if you take the phone off the hook, then press the Feature button, press "89". It then asks for a 4 digit password, but we don't know that.
