I am working on 3.o5 software and when i go into the system it allows me to do a backup and i get all the way to were I enter the filename to go in and it gives me the message
error base/1068 argument error: array access
then it only gives me the option to quit. I have tried esc and end and all the buttons I can think of to get past this. Any ideas what I am missing?

Are you using the right PCP. I had this problem when I back-up with the wrong PCP. In the early version you can backup the system but can't get into the on-line programing.

wouldn't it tell me that I was using the wrong version? The other pcp's told me they were not compatible. Would it let me do that much if it were sb 2.0?

NO you can back-up sb2 with pcp 3. Just check the version in system utillties.

I guess I better find sb 2 then. All I could find was sb 3 on my bosses laptop.

You can still check the software in system utllites. Just check the software before trying to look for SB2. If u need SB2 I have it for you.

I can't seem to find sb2. I know we have talked to this switch before, but can't find disk or program on either laptop.

Well connect to the system and goto system utlitles and check the software version of the system. I can get you sb2 if you need it.
