I have got my problem solved for now. Thanks SSphone. I have got my 800 number pointed to a DID number and then I have my DID number pointed to a three digit extension and then on the three digit extension I have it CF to the system speed dial. It seems that there is a problem with the software because you would think that you could accomplish this through the day and night routing on the DID line. I even tried to get it to work by setting up my DID line to a actual phone and doing the CF all to a system speed dial bin. It would work with internal phone calls but not external phone calls. The external phone calls would go to my voicemail. Let me know what you guys find. I appreciate the help from all you guys!!

Contact your dealer and ask for a 3.13 upgrade. You will need to change 1 flash chip on the IPeX both of these you can get from your dealer. Also if you have a TVSE you will need to flash the chip on it and do a software upgrade also. If you cant find a dealer just PM one of the MODs.

Probably can take the vm box out of that DID's routing and it should forward correctly.....If I am understanding your setup correctly.

So far out of the 3 calls/PM/emails I have had for support all 3 have been solved and the tech and end user are on there marry way. Here\'s one
