Does anyone know how to increase the maximum bin length (for speed dialing specifically)? We have users that want to program speed dials to toll free numbers with 7 digit extensions.
In our setup (Telrad Digital Key Bx 818; sbm 7.21; emaGen voicemail), we dial '9' to grab an available line to dial out so the user would program their speed dials something like this: 918005553333x1234567 (it seems that the 'x' pause in the speed dial counts as a digit so there would be 20 digits total in length).

The bin Length is set to a certain amount. If it's just one number I would do an LCR.

It's with about 10 numbers, all the same scenario/length of number. It seems like our system has a limitation on speed dials programmed at the stations of 16 digits...is there a way to increase this?

Don't know your system but can you "chain numbers "in 2 bins?

I will have to see with the end users. They just told me that they have in total about 10 toll-free different numbers with 7 digit extensions that they would like to be able to program as speed dials in their respective Telrad Avanti 3015DF phones.

You would have to dial the first speed dial and when the other end answers (i.e. auto attendant) dial the second speed dial.

Thanks for everyone's help. The end users want to use the 2 speed dial method. They just want to be able to save the whole number as one speed dial. Oh well, thanks again.
