I've installed a strata dk 16e. I am trying to put blf keys on 20btn and 10btn sets. I think the language uses pdn and sdn. when i program the key for sdn with logical extention port, and then push the key it does not ring the extension, rather gives me intercom tone. Like wise when the other usere goes off hook I see a quick flash from the programmed sdn key, but does not stay lit. I'm sure i've gone about this all wrong, i hardly work on toshiba, so any help would be apprecieated.

rusty
if you are sure of the port number for each phone you want to appear in blf, program it as a dss button. i believe they would be designated as #xxx xxx being port number.
good luck martin
