All, I've changed a couple of my extensions to different numbers, and have changed the layout of my main console buttons and my 1 add on console. I've changed the order of the DSS numbers. I have a Toshiba DKT2020-SD phone and a DADM2020 20 button add on console. I programmed the DSS buttons on the console with program *29, and they work OK. I programmed the buttons on the main phone with program 39, and they work, except when I push a button to ring a station, the LED corresponding to the button doesn't light up and I don't get the "call back" or "message" options on the LCD screen. I think I'm confused as to whether I'm using a DSS console, as described in program 29 (not *29), or not. Any help would be appreciated! Also, my ALL CALL button is calling over all phones (489), but I want it to call over EXT and ALL CALL, so it comes over the outside speakers as well. My INtercom # 39 does call all phones and the speakers (EXT + All CALL) shows up on LCD. Can I program a speed dial number into my all call button to perform an intercom #39? Or can I change the All call code (489) to call all phones and external zones? This used to work, until I started reprogramming the extensions.

489 All call only calls the phones. I know what your thinking same thing we said all call should be all call. Program a Speed dial and make it #39 like I think you did. As far as no light on softkey program 10-2 led 2 on led 1 off. Did you do anything to program 28? And the DSS buttons are #000 for port 000(200).
A DADM 2020 is not a DSS Console just use program *29.
