The funny thing is, it happened to me too, with the IE7 but when I rebooted my Notebook, the problem goes away except with the occasional VBScript error and the IE7 just stops after I ckicked the "OK" notification when I was copyong multiple DR to a few extensions.
Once I started IE7 again, the CTX would indicate to me that some other user has logged in and I would need to override that use (which is me in the first place)

IE7 doesn't support eManager (yet).
