How do I adjust the contrast on the DKT2020 phone? I know the DKT3020 is adjusted by holding down the MIC key and pressing the arrow keys. That does not seem to work on the DKT2020.

Assuming you don't have the very earliest models, lift off the designation plastic and paper, guess what you will see there near the top? Hmmmm...

I took off the plastic and paper and found nothing. Maybe I do have an older model.
