My receptionist has a 2020 phone with a 20 button admin console attached to it. Those both show up under winadmin. She also has a ddss-2060 plugged into the whole mess for one touch transferring but that doesn't show up under winadmin. How do I program which extensions the 60 buttons go to? Over time, they are outdated, out of order etc. Any help would be appreciated.
As a bonus, I've installed emanager on a laptop and was told the default user/pw to login on launch, but it won't go. On install it asked for a password but that one isn't working either. Is there a specific front door user/pw to just get into the system that I'm missing? I can't even login to the home page to try and setup connecting to my system.
Thanks in advance!

When you are looking at the keymap you should see a drop down on the left side. When you click on the arrow, it should say something like 2001, which indicates the extension then the 1 is the first ddss console. If you click on the 2001 (or whatever your extension is) it should bring up the ddss keymap.

Make sense?

now I feel pretty stupid. I still wasn't seeing what you described because I never hit the DSS key assignment button right there in front of my face. Between that and your post, I am good to go on the key pad. I think I may have a solution on the emanager also. I never tried capitalizing the username and I seem to remember it being case sensitive. Thanks for the help Amy!

I do believe the username is case-sensitive. Remember that after a clean install eManager doesn't have any equipment listed, you have to create it and then assign it to a user.

Thanks. I got in finally. (it was the case sensitive user)
I tried adding the equipment in and then assigning it to the user, but it won't connect. I'll search the forums in case it has been covered, but any quick tips?
