I just wanted to get your input if any of you have been a IBM subcontractor in the past. Out company has contracts with IBM and Bell so I am dispatched out on a regular basis doing the upper level tech support or replacement of equipment. In the last 6 months there are times where I am at the verge of getting burned out from the work overload. Seems the company just does not want to change there schedule if there is a problem with one of our installs or perhaps a employee is sick or need time off.

Just want to hear your side of the story.
