I programmed the voicemail in house (using Stratagy Admin) and it is going to be installed tomorrow. I'm going to attempt to dial into it with the same program, but I need to know what the modem string is.
Right now, the baud rate is at 2400 Com port is 1 for my modem.
Do I just have them just transfer me to 993, wait for the modem handshake, then select option 1 (Connect to Stratagy)?

If the line you are dialing in on is answered by auto-attendant, then the dial string is the phone number, then 4 or 5 commas, then 993.
If no, then the dial string is just 993. Have them transfer you to the voicemail, then when you hear the main greeting, hit enter and the PC will dial 993.

I thought the voicemail in the CTX 28 didn't have a built in modem
