On one of my DKT2020-SD phones, you have to hold the MIC button down while on speakerphone for mute to work. How do I set it in system programming to turn on one touch mute?

Hi cmjozwick,

Welcome to the board! It depends on what system you have, as to how it is fixed. It sounds like you most likely have a DK series Toshiba, in which case you can adjust that mic setting in program 30.

Thanks,
Tony B.
