I have a customer who has a VP 100 Voicemail and they need to have some changes done. How do you get into the programming for the mail? HELP!

I haven't worked on that for years. And when I did, I definitely needed the manual. I would suggest that you start with the manual.

The VP100 is pure command line. I wouldn't go trying to mess around in there. I worked on those for years and still would need to consult the manual for anything even now.
