Our office uses the DKT3207-SD, and we have lost the instructions on how to change the outgoing voice mail message. Does anyone have the steps to follow for changing outgoing mail?

We need more info, what type of voicemail do you have?

Not sure what the technical terms are -- you dial a code and record your own outgoing message. I believe it is built into the phone. There are 4 phones on this system. I'm in Lamesa and the phone is in our Big Spring office, 45 miles away. They lost their manual and can't change outgoing message.

The problem is there are close to 10 different voicemail systems that work with Toshiba systems. Then the phone you listed works on 8 different Toshiba systems. Without the type of voicemail it would be a guess, at best, on what to tell you.

I seem to remember that the 7 button phone only works with the CTX-28.

The voicemail is not built into the phones. There should be a box on the wall with all the wiring for the phones and phone lines. If it is a CTX-28, the it will be a box that says Strata CTX-28. Then your voicemail type would be a Stratagy GVMU.

Maybe a 28. I guess we have been doing to many Strata Nets lately, I assumed since he was in one office and the system was in a office in another town they were networked and rules out a 28.
