Is LCR enabled? I can't think of anywhere else you could be outpulsing the CID disable code.

That's possible, it could be pre-dialing the blocking code for your local carrier. *67 for per call blocking here in Qwest country.

Yeah i would bet that LCR is enabled and they (the original installer) have pre - inserted digits in a Insert/delete table.

OK,
Could you tell me where to find LCR in the programming. I have very little experience with the Vodavi system. My limits are that I know how to get into the Admin programming and I know everything is Flash _ _ then button 1 - 24. that is about the extent of what I know.

Thank you.

Get a manual and maybe some one on one tech support. LCR programing can be a pain, but since you have some of the lines programed properly it shouldn't be too much of a leap to get them all the same.

If it is LCR that's causing this, it should be easy enough to turn it off in flash 05 temporarily to see if the problem goes away.

Well I've tried two things: Flash 80, Button 7 initalize the entire LCR and the Flash 05, button 7, zero, hold, to turn it off. Neither worked. Still no caller ID outgoing on lines 9, 10, & 11. Caller ID shows up on my cell when I dial from lines 9, 10, & 11 on the block before the system. Any other ideas?

Thanks guys.

Do I need to power cycle the system?

To simply disable LCR and then turn it back on: No, you do not have to power cycle the system. You will certainly not hurt anything if you do cycle the power, however since you defaulted the LCR programming, this feature won't come back working properly, so you should just leave LCR disabled in flash 05 now.

Might be time for a digit grabber to see what is being output to the LEC. Are all the CO lines in the same CO line group?
