Have a customer 2 hrs from the shop, he is saying when he tries to check CID answered 659 or CID unanswered 635 the screen has all 0's. The CID works ok but cannot check 659 or 635. The sts does have flash VM with live day answer. If the VM answers the call it should still be recorded in the CID memory, right ?

Depends on the phone system software version. It used to be only the phone or phones that the call rings on could see the stored cid info. Also if the vm answers it..it is an answered call not unanswered.
