I have a NEC DTU 8D I have no manual and need to know if someone has the links that I can download to learn how to operate the system and program them Thanks Terri what it actually shows on the model is Nec D term 80. Thanks Again

I want the feature button on my NEC dtu-8d to stop flashing. Everything seems to be working ok, it just bugs me. I've tried Feature 66,67,68,69 etc Feature. But it just keeps flashing!! It may have occured when I called a number which didnt answer after I hung up, they called me straight back! Please help me stop the blinking red light aaaargh!

Does the LCD indicate another EXT. in brackets? If so, perhaps it is callback request. Simply call that EXT. back & I believe they have to answer off-hook for the feature to cancel.

one other extension on our PABX system has my extension flashing - their phone model is the DTB-16D. It is driving me nuts!

Feature 65 Feature - from my extention with the DTB-16D plugged in fixed the problem.. Yet again, with some dedication - the human conquers the machine

Does anyone have the part number for a handset for the hearing impaired that can be used on the DTU-8D-2 (BK) –Tel? Also is the W6-UNI-K-00-NC BLACK handset compatible with the same phone. Thanks to anyone with a quick reply.
