We have 3 differnt companies under one roof and all phone lines come into our NEC Aspire. When the phone rings on different numbers, the particular name of the company that is associated with that number shows in the upper left corner of each phone so that when some one answers the phone they can say "thanks for calling company A. I can not find were to change that vanity name in webpro. If you know where this is, please let me know. Thanks

Are you on a PRI (also referred to as ISDN, T1, Voice T1)? If so check 22-11, Item 01 gives you the last few digits of the outside phone number (DID number) Item 3 is the name that will be displayed on your phones identifing what company/line was called.
